Panic Disorder Treatments
There are two features of panic disorder: (1) phobic avoidance and (2) anticipatory anxiety.
Phobic avoidance - When you begin to avoid certain things or situations based on the belief that it would trigger another attack. It can also be avoiding situations that have caused the previous attack. You may also avoid places or situations where escape is difficult and help is unavailable, like riding an elevator or an airplane. Extreme case of phobic avoidance may lead to agoraphobia.
Anticipatory anxiety The “fear of fear” or the fear of having future panic attacks. The person manifesting this symptom is usually tensed and anxious. When ignored, the condition can be disabling. Panic disorder treatments focus on gradually desensitizing a person to triggers of anxiety, taking care to not overwhelm them.

That Urine Smell is Gone!

That Urine Smell is Gone!
I have 7 cats, and I have a plastic tablecloth that had been peed on.
I used Nature’s Miracle Stain & Odor Remover on it and then washed it
in the washing machine twice, but it still smelled of cat urine.
I had put it out in the garage, figuring it was hopeless.
Then I tried SCOE 10x.
The plastic tablecloth now smells fresh and clean!
The Urine Smell is now gone gone gone!
I also used one of your little LED Portable BlackLight to find addition cat pee…works!
SCOE 10X is awesome!
