Treating My Eyes For Macular Degeneration
UV Exposure- The evidence is still uncertain, but there may be an association between prolonged UV exposure over the course of years and an increased risk of developing macular degeneration vitamin. Due to the lack of evidence, it may be advisable to try to limit direct UV exposure to the eyes, but the efficacy of this is debatable at present.
